The TraceableGO™ app, in combination with a TraceableGO™ Bluetooth Datalogger device, serves as an ideal transit companion for monitoring materials during transit between destinations. It enables safe transportation of reagents, clinical samples, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and food items to any location.

Prior to commencing a journey, utilize the TraceableGO™ app to configure your TraceableGO™ Bluetooth Datalogger device. Set properties such as Start, Stop & Memory Modes, Unit of Measure, High & Low Alarm Values, and Logging Interval.

Subsequently, include your TraceableGO™ Bluetooth Datalogger device within your product packaging and dispatch it to its final destination.

Upon completion of the journey, utilize the TraceableGO™ app to retrieve the trip data from your TraceableGO™ Bluetooth Datalogger device. This data will be transformed into a PDF report format that can be easily shared with other users through various methods such as Email, Messaging, or AirDrop.

The TraceableGO™ app provides several options for delivering audit trail information and formatting the PDF Trip Report:

• Optionally include a Trip Name, the name of the person who downloaded and generated the PDF report, and any pertinent Notes such as "The shipping container arrived damaged."
• Optionally incorporate the TraceableGO™ Bluetooth Datalogger’s device settings utilized during the trip.
• Optionally arrange the reported readings by channel and reading type.
• Optionally include a list of alarm events with a summary detailing Total Time in Alarm, Time Exceeded Minimum Alarm, and Time Exceeded Maximum Alarm.
• For trips where maintaining chain of custody is crucial, physical signature and date hold significant value. Thus, the new PDF Trip Report now offers the option to include a signature line along with a date at the end of the report.

Moreover, all PDF Trip Reports display the date of report generation and present a summary of your trip’s readings by channel including: Minimum, Maximum, and Average readings for the entire trip.
